Just an idea. I had a doctor and a nurse in the backgroun in shock, but after thinking about it long and hard, I came to the conclusion that the guy waking up alone would add more to the picture and put the focus directly on him.
Who knows though. I may put them back in the final picture.

The blues are definitely nice 
The doctor and nurse would probably detract from the dead guy, lol, unless you made them subtle and more blended in the background.
